In collaboration with teams at Elavon (a subsidiary of US Bank), we strategized with and designed a new DIY experience for customers on CostcoPaymentProcessing.com (for release Q2 2024).

I was the lead UX Designer for lead-generation landing pages. My key tasks included conducting user testing, creating high-fidelity designs, building interactive prototypes, and implementing feedback from key stakeholders.
