Fantasy Photo Composite
the project
I was determined to create a design that would communicate a message about the importance of reading in the lives of young children.
The best way to accomplish this was to create a photo composite that blended images in a fantastical way. I combined my own photography with royalty free photos, manipulating the lighting, atmosphere, and color to create a convincing composite.

I executed the composite in Photoshop, manipulating masks, blend modes, adjustment layers, painting shadows and highlights, color grading, and more.
